About the Role
Changi Cleaner Singapore is currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our aircraft cleaning operations team at Changi Airport. As an Aeroplane Part Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of aircraft interiors and components. Your work will help ensure that aircraft meet the high standards required by international airlines and aviation authorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain aircraft interior components and fittings.
• Clean, restore, and care for leather and fabric aircraft seats.
• Apply leather conditioning treatments to maintain quality and appearance.
• Perform minor touch-up and repair work on seats and interior fittings when required.
• Remove stains, ink marks, and other surface imperfections from aircraft interiors.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft lavatories according to strict hygiene standards.
• Carry out carpet shampooing, deep cleaning, and stain removal procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Report any damages, defects, or maintenance concerns identified during cleaning operations.
Requirements
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work independently when required.
• Punctual and committed to maintaining high work standards.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping, or aviation support is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices is preferred.
