Work Location
Bedok, East Region, with more than 30 locations available across Singapore. Candidates may be assigned to locations based on availability and operational needs.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary of up to $3,500 depending on experience and performance
Basic salary with allowances starting from $3,000
Night shift allowance ranging from $12 to $24 per day
AWS (13th month bonus) provided annually

Key Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse / Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Performing daily warehouse and production tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Operating material handling equipment safely, including basic machinery and warehouse tools
Assembling computer components with a high level of precision and attention to detail
Carrying out picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and quality checking of products
Handling goods carefully to prevent damage and ensure proper storage
Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting in regular stock-taking exercises
Ensuring all items are properly accounted for and discrepancies are reported promptly
Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Following all standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines
Working closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet operational targets
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is an added advantage
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or production roles is preferred but not mandatory
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Physically fit and able to lift items weighing between 10 to 15 kilograms
Able to stand and perform tasks for extended periods
Comfortable working night shifts on a regular basis
Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately
Good teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
